This website is operated by Creative Craft (Pvt) Ltd ("Creative Craft", "we", "us"), based at 117/3A Katuwawala Gardens, Maharagama 10280, Sri Lanka. Axora is a studio management software product built and maintained by Creative Craft. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.
When you submit the "Book a Demo" form, the details you enter (name, studio name, email, phone, and message) are sent directly from your own email application to our inbox at info@creativecraft.lk. This site does not store or process that data on a server — it is only ever handled by your email client and ours, the same as sending us an email directly.
Information submitted through the demo request form is used only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to send you demo access, answer questions, or discuss pricing. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.
The live Axora demo shared with prospective customers uses sample, fictional studio data for demonstration purposes only. It is not connected to any real client's account, invoices, or personal information.
This website does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics tracking. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
If your studio becomes an Axora customer, the client, invoice, and booking data you enter into your own Axora instance is stored securely on infrastructure managed by Creative Craft, and is accessible only to your studio's authorised users and our support team when needed to provide assistance.
